Finger size will need to be confirmed before production begins. Although resizing (within 3 sizes) is available, we suggest the following:
1) If you are Sydney based, we invite you to make an appointment at our Surry Hills studio.
2) If you are based elsewhere, the best option is to get your finger sized professionally by a local jeweller; this will either be free of charge or for a small fee.
3) Ring Sizers are also available to purchase. However, our preference is to have your finger sized professionally.
4) If your piece is a surprise, this step should be handled with care. If you do not know the finger size of the person receiving the ring, your options are as follows:
• Collect an already owned ring and place it on a ruler, with the inside diameter
in full view.
• Take note of which finger their ring is worn on.
• Take a clear photo and send it through to us.
5) As an absolute last resort, a photo of the persons hand can be used; we will take our best guess and resizing can be taken care of afterwards if necessary.
