We understand that purchasing a piece of jewellery is an investment, so please do not hesitate to contact our team at laura@lauramiers.com if you have any questions or queries in the lead up to, or after your purchase.


As stated in the item descriptions, we recommend you have your finger sized professionally by a local jeweller before purchasing a ring, or alternatively, you can order a ring sizer from us which will arrive within 3 business days. Please remember, thicker bands often require an extra half size. If you receive your piece and the size isn't right, we offer a resizing service at a small fee.


All pieces come with a 12 month warranty. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear or miss treatment caused by the wearer. Items will be assessed upon return and a credit note or replacement piece will be given for any manufacturing faults. 


Purchases of custom or made to order items unfortunately cannot be returned, however any manufacturing faults are covered by the above 12 month warranty.

Items purchased from Ready To Ship may be returned within 7 days for a credit note or exchange. To initiate a return, please email laura@lauramiers.com when you receive your package. Once we receive your return, the piece(s) will be evaluated before your return is processed. Evaluation criteria includes the following:

  • Piece(s) must be in brand new condition including but not limited to: no wear or damage and all original packaging included.
  • Piece(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your Return Label. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests after completing the evaluation process.

Once we process your return, we will be in touch to organise your exchange or issue you a credit note for the amount you paid for the piece(s), less the shipping costs to and from you.
