PROCESS

1.

To begin, Laura Miers requires you to book an initial consultation: this can be in person, phone call or Zoom.

During the initial consultation, the custom options will be discussed and collaborated on. We will explore concept, design, budget, alloy, stones and finger size for your custom piece.

After the initial consultation, you will receive an email with the first designs and quotes.

Following this, feedback on the design is encouraged, we offer two rounds of design changes free of charge. Additional design changes are available for a small fee.

5.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the design. This must be paid to begin the custom process. Payment plans are available on request.

6.

After the deposit is received, materials are ordered and production commences. Production of your piece will take approximately 8 weeks, during this time you will receive regular updates. The final payment is due on completion.
